CLEANING/MAINTENANCE

Stackable frames: wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Caution!! Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 70°C, they could deform

Cloth: Wash at max 60°C.
LA SFOGLINA RECOMMENDS

Stackable frames: Arrange your pastries on the stacked frames and aim the fan so that they dry quickly. Remember to keep your stuffed pasta in the refrigerator as quickly as possible.

Cloth: Suitable for drying a sheet of 4/5 eggs.
