Maestra Spisni, here we are!
A story made up of Women Sfogline. Since 1890 the rolling pin has passed from hand to hand in our home.
Five generations of #Sfogline to uphold the name of a gastronomy that is Culture, Convivium, Sociality.

This is our family:

• NonnaMaria: the Headstirpe. Born in 1890, she made the #Sfoglia on commission already after World War II.
• NonnaAntonietta: Great Cook, one of the first professionals in town.
• Nonona: (better known as Alessandra Spisni) needs no introduction.
• Stefania: (not yet awarded the scepter of grandmother) Teacher of #Sfoglia to @VSB_Bologna.
• Gaia: The finest hands of the group. Sfoglina Doc, Apron and Rolling Pin always at hand!

On the maestraSpisni.it website you will find a selection of essential tools and accessories for approaching the Sfoglia. Each accompanied by tutorials for correct use, maintenance, cleaning and the recipes that can be created.
