DO NOT wash with water or detergents.
Keep your Board in contact only with the dough, never grease it with fillings or other elements.
Clean your Board regularly by scraping it with a dry scraper following the grain of the wood (see video).

This Board is particularly suitable for the rolling of the Sfoglia.
The recommended size for an easy production of 6/8 eggs of Sfoglia is 170 x 90 x 4 cm.
